The neighborhood is located far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to the property shape and position on top of a hill, the house has splendid panoramic views from the windows of picturesque fields and forests adjacent to the area.

Such surroundings inspired us to situate the house across the land plot along its short side with a required margin from the neighboring property followed. Thus, the property is virtually divided into two parts. An open one - facing the street. And a private one - most part of it is adjacent to the fences of neighboring plots with vertical green spaces. Along the short side, the grounds are limited by the existing trees. The open part of the premise has a garage for 2 cars and an open guest parking. The private part has a sauna and a large playground. Access of vehicles to the garage and the premise, including maintenance (sewage disposal, cleaning of grounds), is arranged from the street side. The landscaping uses stone slabs for walkways and terraces with lawns. Man-made landscaping with local elevations serves as a good basis for the architectural artwork in summer time and as solid foundation for chutes and snow castles for children in winter.

The dwelling itself is a one-story building with a decking around it. It has two main entrances - from the street and from the back yard. Also, each room has its own exit to a large terrace in the back yard. The building has rooms of two types. Public premises - an entrance hall, an eat-in kitchen, a kitchen, a study and a bathroom. Private premises include play rooms for children, a shower with a sauna, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom. There are service rooms with home appliances (heating system, gas boiler, water supply and sanitation systems). It has individual entrances from the street and from inside the house - through the laundry room. The roof of the house is flat with an additional terrace - a recreation area which can be accessed by an open staircase. The roof has a gable of varied overhang size all around the house. It makes the facade design look more distinctive. Besides, in different seasons it protects the residents from both precipitation and bright sun. Exterior decorations are based on ventilated facade systems.
